To obtain a CPL, you must:

• Complete a minimum of 105 hours of flight training in accordance with the CASA-approved syllabus.
• Hold a Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate.

• Successfully complete a practical flight test.

To obtain a PPL, you must:

• Complete a minimum of 50 hours of flight training in accordance with the CASA-approved syllabus.
• Hold a Class 2 Aviation Medical Certificate.
• Pass a theoretical examination.
• Successfully complete a practical flight test.

Training is generally conducted using a Robinson R22 and R44 helicopters. We do recommend a combination of both, especially for the CPL students as your first job is generally in a R44
